Matthew Scott Korpinen, 38, was the transient who was killed early Sunday. Prosecutors are expected to file charges against a 53-year-old homeless man in Korpinen’s death sometime today.

Update: Prosecutors have filed charges against John Dwyer in the murder. If convicted as charged, the sentence range is 15 to 24 years in prison.
