We reported last month that SDOT was planning to start work this summer on cleaning up the slide that closed the road in December. A press release came out today that confirms that repairs will take at least six months. SDOT also reminds pedestrians that they can still get to the park from the top of the hill by taking the woodland trail that starts on 85th. The dog park on Golden Gardens Dr. is also open and can be reached by foot or car from the park.
