Want to buy a Thai restaurant?

According to this Craigslist posting, Thai Cafe on 20th Ave. is for sale.

Thai Cafe has been in business since 1988. This would be the third restaurant in the last week with big changes: both Gordo’s and DiVino closed their doors.
