Went in New Year's Eve around 1pm. Poor poor service. Actually no service. After sitting about five minutes a server cleaned a table right next to us without acknowledging our party. We then asked at the counter if perhaps we'd made a mistake and should order there. No, no the second server said. I'll be right over. A few minutes later his buddies walked in and were greeted with a warm welcome while he continued to ignore us.

We walked. If that little tiny burger joint can't even say hello within ten minutes. C'mon they don't need our business.

My favorite burger place in Ballard. It's not a Red Mill burger, but it's so close and you don't have to travel far, wait in line forever, and have cash only. Very reliable food- have never been disappointed. Fries are always cooked perfectly. The burgers are so big I am full from the "mini" ones. Prices are very reasonable. They've got some big tables for large groups and a few comfy booths. There are a couple of tv's as well. To those who commented on the decor, actual customers bring in those license plates/road signs on the wall and they give you a free burger.
