Tax collection by nickle and diming us is the most inefficient way to collect revenue and would be gobbled up by bureacrats hired to collect and emforce the tax. Of course, having proudly never worked in the private sector what would Burbank know about efficiency? All he knows is how to create bureaucrats and stifle business.....you know the folks who actually employ most people.
