Accident at 8th Ave. & NW 65th

Debris was spread across the northbound lane of 8th Ave NW at NW 65th St. after an accident just after 10 a.m. today.

Police, fire and medics were called to the intersection after what looks to be a one-car accident. The sedan appears to have spun around, losing its hood, bumper and several other parts. The airbag was also deployed. When we came upon the scene, engine 21 and medic 18 had already left and police were doing traffic control before a tow truck could get there. As of 11:15 a.m. the accident has been cleared. No word on the condition of the driver.

I saw it before the box went up. I do believe they are cell phone transmitters/bouncers/relays.

A left-turn arrow from 8th onto 65th would help considerably. I stopped using the cleaners on that corner simply because that intersection is bananas in the morning.

OH MY GOD INSTALL A RED LIGHT CAMERA HERE FAST. Let big brother save us from ourselves. Better yet, lets install cameras outside our front doors to make sure our shirts are nicely tucked in so we don't affront our overmasters.
