I live in the area and walk by those homes alot and it is a mess there. The new owners should be fined for such a neighborhood disgrace . In the two years since they have been bought up and vacated, these two homes are now urban blight: an eye sore collection of overgrown brush, chain link fences, a 4o' metal container and an odd assortment of scrap materials on the porches. Shame on the owners and the authorities that let this happen.
