Amazon Fresh’s newest route is to…

Posted by Geeky Swedes on January 16th, 2009

Ravenna. After nine days of voting for the newest Amazon Fresh route, the 98115 zip code neighborhood came out on top. According to the Amazon Fresh website, “There was a last minute surge from 98117, claiming 30% of the vote, but not enough to erode 98115’s lead of 4%.” It goes on to say, “For our other ZIP codes in the running– please stay tuned.” Which makes us wonder, are they planning to expand to all four areas, anyway?

  • Uh, amazon fresh has fresh lots of things. They have organic and non-organic fresh produce and meat. It's all online at http://fresh.amazon.com.

my fiance thinks they are doing this to get a database of people's emails and then will expand to all our areas, I'm holding out for 98107!

You still have to be a Prime member to receive this service in 98103, as well. Lame.

you have to log on with your Amazon email address and password and that takes you
to the web and click on shop and it has everything
    there

spud.com offers fresh produce, etc...that is who i am using until we can get amazon here in ballard and they are pretty decent. they used to be Pioneer Organics before Spud! came to town...

Still no one has answered my question. I went online to look at this service and from what I could see they actually offer nothing fresh at all. No fresh produce, no meat, no dairy and even no fresh bread. I am not a Prime member. If you are a member do you see more offerings maybe?

Mannnn, we suck!!!!! I am sure we will be added soon. They must know as you guys mentioned about the two zip codes......can't wait!!!!

Good point Keith. Too bad we have a zip code boundary running along 65th. If you combine ...17 and ...07, Ballard kicked ass.
  • Keith
It is fairly obvious that Ballard wants this service … but they split the zips

Wow, it looks like 98107 was sleeping on the job!

Crap!! I hope they still consider 98117.
