Filling out those tax forms can be frustrating and a bit daunting. The United Way of King County, AARP and the Seattle Public Library are teaming up to offer free tax preparation service. Trained volunteers will be at the Ballard branch from February 2nd through April 13th to answer questions and help prepare personal tax returns. The service is not available for business tax returns.
