A new tenant is busy getting the place on 24th ready to open. A sign in the window says that O’Shan Sushi will open soon and serve “healthy Japanese food and sushi.” O’Shan is Ballard’s third new sushi place in the last few months: Moshi Moshi on Ballard Ave. is expected to open this week, and Shiku has been open since September.
