Update 4:30 p.m.: While several inches of snow fell on the Eastside and in the North Sound (7 inches in Everett!), Seattle saw just a few flakes here and there. The snow is mostly over, but you may see some icy roads in the morning, thanks to overnight temperatures in the low 20s.
