WHAT waste of taxpayers money, exactly? Do you mean that shooting a felon is? Or that he wasn't killed outright, thus saving taxpayers to cost of taking care of this miscreant in the hospital? What programs are more deserving than ridding our city of criminals? I think the SPD should get MORE money and more personnel.

I applaud the SPD for catching this guy.

You don't know what you're talking about! The car was moving and the cop still hit his target. Those rounds are all within a few inches of each other which is pretty good shooting. Love to see you do a better job.

Imagine just driving YOUR kids home from a days trials and then this thug rams YOUR vehicle. Was he robbing people to help his aging parents? Place his kids in a better school?
