I just tried Wild Orchid a few days ago and found it to be very tasty indeed! I live real close and all my neighbors seem to agree as well. Definitely looking forward to sampling more of their menu!

I’m sorry to see it go. The pizzas I had delivered were good if a bit overpriced. I always called Sopranos but they have had problems lately getting the orders correct and their product in general is deteriorating so this place was a decent alternative.

I can’t comment on eating in the restaurant since I never have but I don’t pay for atmosphere or decor or a sign when I do go out. I pay for good food and to enjoy the company I am with or maybe a good view.

And no one even mentions Wild Orchid? That's not right. They have good food and are nice people.

I've had Thai food all over Seattle and Thai Siam is one of my favorites. Even though I don't go too much anymore since I moved to West Seattle (I now have Vatsana's to get an amazing Thai fix), the people that work at Thai Siam are wonderful and they still know me by name from living there almost two years ago!

The first time I went there (shortly after its opening) it was delicious with great service. I went back again expecting the same caliber (this was before January), and everything had changed. The food was gross, the service was terrible, the decor was generic, and the music was awful. Not sorry to see this one go….

ugh i gave that place TWO different tries. and it failed miserably both times.

horrid service (during one visit the waiter spent more time dining @ a table with what appeared to be friends than paying any attention to us or orders when they were ready, horrid food (“crostini” that was made of stale flatbread with a heap of mealy tomatoes and a few flecks of basil heaped in the middle of the plate. ugh.

my friend who accompanied me both times and i were NOT impressed, and joked about it being a front, as we got that fakish chain type decor vibe that really didn't have much thought put into it…
