How very nice. Were these people broke before this? Is it really governments business to determine winners/losers? How many strings are now attatched to DC? I agree the state needs new ferries also. I have always thought we should stretch our frigates like the Australians have done with those they possess. As most were built here why not do the work here!<br><br>Better yet how about a contract for a few new Washington State ferries to replace the 80+ year old tubs being towed to Mexico for scrapping!!
