School starts soon and summer is winding down, but Tuesdays in Ballard is still in full swing. If you missed Sunday’s Wuff Da! dog show, don’t worry, there’s still canine fun to be had. Tonight at 7 p.m. All the Best Pet Care will be hosting “Project Ruffway” a pet costume contest. Laura Bee from Laura Bee Designs will be judging and handing out custom-made prizes.
