I had no idea there was such a place. And like NoraBell said, I have no idea what I'd do with a sign, but I'd like to get one of my numbered street (74th). I'm off work tomorrow (9/4) so I'm going to take a gander. If anyone has a request, I'd be happy to check. Let me know.

I went down there at 11:00 this morning. They were going quickly. I saw about 50 purchased in the 15 minutes that I was there. They also have computers, file cabinets, desks and other office stuff for sale.

Nice idea LovrienS. And thanks for the info gumba. I was going to post here asking about the numbered signs. I wouldn't mind having one of my street. This is my first house that I own. So a sign would make a nice momento for since I do expect to one day move to a 2nd home.

I'm thinking that if I grab a couple of them, I can do a cool faux street corner design in my garden/patio using a bit of spare trim/scrap metal rod. It just seems like a fun way to decorate with a bit of Seattle nostalgia!

I think this is a great idea. I called the warehouse. They're open 11-3:30, M-F and you can't reserve a sign over the phone – have to go in. they do have some numbered signs, but haven't listed them yet (not sure if they will). More are coming in all the time as the signs get replaced.
