Ballard stabbing suspect ‘Most Wanted’

Posted by Geeky Swedes on October 18th, 2009

Last weekend, we reported that a manager at Ballard’s Matador restaurant was stabbed in the back, and the suspect escaped. Fortunately, the manager survived.

Now Seattle Police have identified the suspect, one of Q13 Fox’s “Washington’s Most Wanted.” Police say his name is 29-year-old Alex Oseguera, and they said he stabbed the manager over a dispute over a bar tab. The suspect escaped in an Orange cab, but not before the cab’s camera snapped a couple photos.

A critical piece of evidence was left at the scene: the suspect’s cell phone, which police say they used to help identify Oseguera. To see more about the suspect — and how you can call in a tip — visit Washington Most Wanted’s story on the case. (Thanks Jay K. for the link in the forum!)

Would the cab company also have the location of where he was dropped off?
  • SPG
He got out of the cab just a few blocks away IIRC.

I wonder if the prick argued about the Cab fare?

Left his phone behind, and took a cab home. Really, words escape me...

Perhaps he will do the right thing and dive into Elliott Bay......and not surface.

But he is so sexy, look at doze braids yo.

Yes, I'm sure the "gentlemen" in cell block E will find him attractive as well.

I hope someone shoots this animal and saves us a lot of trouble and time.

Proving once again that the term "criminal genius" is an oxymoron.

Oh, thank goodness he's an idiot. Anyone who's ever taken a cab should know you get your picture taken every time you step into one.

Cell phone, photo.....say cheese, your a** os on its way to jail.

One thing you can say about the criminal class, they sure are dumber than a bag of hammers.
