I wish all of the tree planters would be &#039;adopted&#039; and spruced up, wouldn&#039;t that be beautiful to see vs mud, weeds, litter etc  Maybe Ballard could have a contest,  teams could form and each team could pick a tree planter as their canvas....just a thought.</description>
