		<description>They didn&#039;t come ashore (at least not right away).  They were in one of those stripped down two-person racing boats that doesn&#039;t even have a transom.  They were wearing wetsuits.  By the time the fire department got there, the boat was upright and the two sailors were arranging a tow out by a power boat.  It didn&#039;t appear to me that they were ever in distress.</description>
