This past holiday season, the In Ballard Merchants Association asked shoppers to enter for a chance to win a $1,000 shopping spree in Ballard. The lucky winner, Jenny N from Magnolia, entered her name at Mon Petit Shoe on Market St. When she heard the news, Jenny says, “Ballard is our family’s destination for shopping and fun. Thank you so much to all of the merchants. I’m just thrilled!”
