This weekend is the weekend to find great deals around Ballard and Crown Hill. The 45th annual Ballard Sidewalk Sale kicked off on Thursday and goes through the weekend. Many of Ballard’s businesses along Market Street and Ballard Ave will spill out onto the sidewalk with discount tables and bargain bins.

More than 50 families are signed up to hold garage sales on Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the fourth annual Crown Hill Neighborhood Association garage sale. If you live in Crown Hill and would like to participate and hold a garage sale, the deadline to submit your address is Friday at 8 p.m. (Sign up here.) Come garage sale day, the map of sales and what is available at each location here. More than a dozen sales will also have a lemonade stand to quench your thirst as you shop. Printed maps will also be available at the Crown Hill Center (9250 14th Ave NW).
