Ghouls and goblins, cowboys and princesses will be taking over downtown Ballard once again this year on Halloween.

From 3 to 5 p.m. on Sunday, October 31st, kids 12 and under are welcome to trick-or-treat along the participating businesses on Market and Ballard Ave. Just look for the sign in the window or the crowd of kids around the candy bowl.
