This Wednesday at 12:30 p.m., the King County Assessor will be holding an event at the NW Senior Center in Ballard (5429 32nd Ave NW) to discuss the property assessments process, valuations, exemptions, online services and the appeal process.

King County residents can look up their property characteristics, levy rate distribution, and valuations using the eReal Property Search feature and comparable sales using the eSales Property Search on the King County Assessor’s website.
