Mountaineers Books is hosting a “hiker social” this Wednesday at The Noble Fir (5316 Ballard Ave. NW.) The Washington Trails Association and hiking guidebook author Craig Romano will be there from 6:30 p.m. to close to talk about all things hiking and backpacking. Romano recently released his newest guidebook “Backpacking Washington.”

The event is part of The Noble Fir’s “Pints for Parks” series, so $1 of each pint will go to the Washington Trails Association. Information can be found here.
