Work is underway on the new Crown Hill Park.

Crews broke ground last week on the $1.2 million project. According to the park’s website, the new park will feature a renovated ball field, open lawn area, a skateboard mini-ramp, artistic play features, good pathway circulation and landscaping.

This park is a long time in the making. Design work for the project started back in 2005 and 2006. The playground is being funded by the Parks and
Green Spaces Levy.
