The Leif Erikson Lodge in Ballard is celebrating 25 years on October 1st with an anniversary dinner and dance at the lodge – 2245 NW 57th St. Doors open at 5 p.m. with a no-host bar, followed by a video and photos from the dedication 25 years ago. At 6:30 enjoy a dinner of slow-roasted pork, roasted potatoes, au gratin vegetable casserole and Daim Ice Cake for dessert. Dancing to the music of Harold Nygaard follows the feast.
