With the closure of the Alaskan Way Viaduct, our commutes are all going to be affected. The Seattle Department of Transportation now has live traffic cams for some intersections in town – including one in Ballard – to help you navigate to/from work.

The camera at 15th Ave NW and NW Market St is now showing live pictures of the current traffic. Click here and at the bottom on the right-hand side, click on “Live Traffic Video.” Other nearby live traffic cams include in Greenwood at Aurora Ave N and NW 87t St and in Queen Anne at Aurora Ave N & Aloha St.
