Late last week we were alerted to a sign at Bergen Place Park that announced that the 99-percent was there.
It seems that the “Occupy Ballard” movement is now in front of the Chase Bank on 22nd Ave NW. A MyBallard reader sent us this picture and says, “Note there is no one actually occupying anything. Literally-there wasn’t a person in sight!”
