Sometime this weekend, someone sprayed racial graffiti on a power box and wall at Loyal Heights play field.

These tags are just feet away from families playing catch and people walking dogs.

We received an email from a neighbor that says a security officer from the Parks Department was apparently on scene and “said it was too much for him to take care of today. Said he’d have a crew their first thing in the morning.”
