Last month, we told you about the new nesting platform built at Commodore Park near the Ballard Locks. The platform was built in an effort to recreate a nest previously used by the ospreys. That nest was taken down because it was perched in the train trestle. And now, just a few weeks later, the ospreys seem to have returned.
