On Saturday, October 6, the Friends of NW 65th will host their first “Adopt a Street Cleanup” on NW 65th St. The cleanup will start at 11 a.m. on the south side of NW 65th at 7th Ave NW. The group is also currently in the process of trying to convert the open lot on NW 65th and 7th Ave NW into a city park. Visit their Facebook page for more details.
