Following up on our post yesterday, SDOT has confirmed that the road work will commence on the Ballard Bridge today. Crews are scheduled to work from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. everyday to complete the works as soon as possible.
The southbound curbside lane at the north end of the Ballard Bridge will be closed for a short distance close to the steel center span. During the infrastructure work, the above mentioned curbside lane will be closed, however, all other lanes and sidewalks will remain open. Vehicles should slow down when approaching the road work area and use caution.
