Productivity presentation to be held at Swedish tonight

The Science of Being Happy and Productive at Work seminar is on tonight at Swedish (5300 Tallman Avenue NW Conference Room A). The award-winning seminar is being held from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and is co-sponsored by Sustainable Ballard, Swedish Hospital Ballard Campus and the Ballard Chamber of Commerce.

The presentation is grounded in scientific data and presents steps that can be applied everyday to increase happiness while on the job.

The presentation will be delivered by Scott Crabtree who is a student and teacher of neuroscience, psychology and the science of happiness. He is an experienced speaker who has worked with high profile clients such as Microsoft, Bose, Blizzard Entertainment, and the United Way.

“There were lot’s of great takeaways from those few hours and I’m eagerly trying to use what i learned that day while on the job,” said workshop attendee Justin Thavirat.
