We just received an email from My Ballard reader Albert who reports that he found a male dog near the corner of 8th/9th Ave NW and NW Market St on Tuesday around 6pm.
The dog is small, brown and black in color and wears a black collar. Albert believes that it is a mixed mutt style of corgi or blue heeler.
