Two holistic health events are happening in Ballard this week. Ballard Natural Medicine (5516 17th Ave NW) is hosting an open house tomorrow, Friday April 19th from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. to welcome new practitioners. Attendees will be entered in the draw to win prizes and will be served hors d’oeuvres and beverages.
Ballard Umpqua Bank (2032 NW Market St) is partnering with Divine Spine Chiropractics to host a holistic health fair this Saturday, April 20th from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. The fair aims to raise awareness about natural alternatives to western medicine. Locals can stop by and check out educational information, demonstrations, give-away’s, prizes, free screenings, chair massages, refreshments and much more.
Holistic practitioners will be there to answer wellness questions including a registered dietitian, naturopathic doctor, chiropractor, reiki master/teacher and an acupuncturist.
