Celebrate “True North Coffee Week” at Ballard Great Harvest Bakery

The folks at Ballard Great Harvest (2218 NW Market St) have teamed up with Ballard-based micro-roaster True North Coffee to host “True North Coffee Week” which is being held until this Sunday, April 28.

Locals can stop by the bakery this week and pick up a free coupon which can be redeemed for a cup of True North Coffee.

Craft coffee roasters True North Coffee have been operating in Ballard since 2001. Their coffee can be found at local eateries including Señor Moose, Crumble and Flake, Bakery Nouveau, Phinney Market Pub and Eatery, and now, the Ballard Great Harvest.

“We are running this special promotion with True North because their coffee is fabulous and they are a small business from right here in Ballard. More people need to know about them,” says Great Harvest co-owner Jackie Winkler.

Locals can meet True North Coffee owners, John and Maine Hoifus, at 10 a.m. on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28 to hear tips on how to brew the perfect cup of coffee. Giveaways for free True North Coffee and Great Harvest gift cards will take place both days. Drop into Great Harvest or call (206) 706-3434 to reserve a spot.
