Percy’s & Co. to open in Old Town Ale House location

There’s a new cocktail bar opening soon, and it’s filling the space formerly occupied by the Old Town Alehouse at 5233 Ballard Ave. According to a recent article in Seattle Eater, Percy’s will be a juice bar-meets-cocktail bar, as they’ll be juicing many of the mixers for their cocktails. As for food, the kitchen will be headed up by chef Dave Lamping (formerly of Bastille, Re:public and Cal’s) and will feature several veggie dishes, small plates and few entrees.

“My approach to food is to let the ingredients speak for themselves,” Lamping told Eater. “‘I tried not to go too crazy on the amount of ingredients in each dish because I had to design the menu around the space and our kitchen at Percy’s is on the small side for sure.”

Percy’s will be opening up sometime in August, according to Eater, and will be open daily for dinner Monday through Friday and brunch on the weekends. We’ll be checking out the new bar soon, so stay tuned.
