The annual Sunset Hill Community barbecue known as Porkfest is just around the corner. On Aug. 11, “Mihami Vice” will be hosted at Tim & Nancy Bauer’s house at 3231 NW 67th street. The party starts at 1 p.m. and goes until the pig is gone, according to Tim.
“Spend an afternoon with your friends, family, neighbors, and your dog is invited too,” Tim writes. “Please bring a side dish, salad, dessert, or your favorite pork accompaniment. The pig and ice tea are provided. A small donation for beer will be greatly appreciated. Help break the ‘Seattle Freeze,’ warm up your community!”
