Ballard High School will soon host a benefit concert with a star from the TV series Glee, Derik Nelson. The concert is part of the Take Chances Tour 2013, the proceeds from which will go to the BHS drama department. The event is on Oct. 1, and Nelson will perform a pop/rock concert with a full band for 90 minutes with no intermission at the Earl Kelly Performing Arts Center at BHS.
