Dog’s Day Out Seattle to host “Pittie Party” tonight in Ballard

Danette Johnston of Ballard’s Dog’s Day Out Seattle will be facilitating a Pit Bull Education Seminar, aplty called the “Pittie Party”, this evening from 6:45 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. at the Dog’s Day Out Ballard location (6733 15th Ave NW).

The seminar will discuss what is currently known about the breed, how they differ from other dogs and what specific challenges or issues guardians of these dogs may incur. The history, temperament, management and behavioral/training issues of “Bully” breeds (including Pit Bull-types, American & English Bulldogs, Staffordshire and American Bull Terriers and mixes thereof) will also be covered in the seminar.

The 1.5-hour seminar is for humans only and there are still spaces available. Pre-registration is required and cost is $20.
