Development update Dec 16: More subdivision approvals

As we all know, developments are a plenty here in Ballard and the My Ballard team want to keep you up to date with the latest from the Department of Planning and Development (DPD).

Decisions:

3420 NW Market St

A Land Use Application has been submitted to subdivide this site into two unit lots for the construction of residential units. This subdivision of property is only for the purpose of allowing sale or lease of the unit lots. Development standards will be applied to the original parcel and not to each of the new unit lots.

This appealable decision has been made based on the submitted plans. Appeals of the decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than December 30.

2441 NW 63rd St

A Land Use Application has been received and approved to subdivide one parcel into two parcels of land. Proposed parcel sizes are 2,549 sq. ft. and 2,449 sq. ft. The existing structures are to be demolished.  Appeals of the decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner no later than December 30.
