Java Bean celebrates 12 years of collecting holiday gifts for local children

Posted by Danielle Anthony-Goodwin on December 18th, 2013

The Java Bean (5819 24th Ave NW) is once again collecting gifts for children in our community this Holiday Season. This is the 12th year that the Java Bean team have put up the Giving Tree in their store and they are encouraging locals to stop by and help local children in need feel the spirit of the holiday season.

Simply, drop by the coffee shop, pick an ornament from the tree and return the unwrapped gift and the ornament to Java Bean before Sunday, December 22.

All gifts that are collected will benefit the Ballard Boy’s and Girl’s Club.
