A number of My Ballard readers emailed in this morning to report that someone has driven through Ballard Corners Park (6299 17th Ave NW) and uprooted the bollards.
According to My Ballard reader Damon, the tire marks indicate that the person drove through the park from north to south uprooting the bollards that are there to keep cars out.
