Posted by Geeky Swedes on February 2nd, 2014

Updated 9:30 p.m.: It’s not just Pioneer Square and the U District, fans are celebrating here in Ballard, from Market St. to Old Ballard. A crowd at Bergen Place turned a Market St. crosswalk into a roving party:

And here’s Leary and Market:

And Old Ballard:

Here’s another video of the celebrations at Bergen Place:

Earlier: Fireworks, car horns and hollering echoed around the neighborhood as the Seahawks closed out the Super Bowl in grand fashion, trumping the Denver Broncos 43-8. Congratulations Seahawks and the 12th Man!

The City of Seattle says the victory parade will be on Wednesday.

Enjoy it and stay safe everyone!
