Loyal Heights Community Center to close for repairs

Loyal Heights Community Center (2101 NW 77th St) will close for electrical service upgrades from this Sunday, February 16 through Friday, February 21.

Over the past three months, the Loyal Heights Community Center has received a variety of code compliance work and improvements to the electrical systems. The work has been mostly done overnight while the community center is closed, not impacting community center operations, however, the work to complete the project requires several electrical disruptions, resulting in the need to close the facility.

The Parks and Green Spaces Levy Oversight Committee received City Council approval to use Levy inflation savings funds for 17 much needed major maintenance projects which includes this Loyal Heights Community Center building improvement.
