Crowds flock to Ballard for Syttende Mai celebrations

Ballard was exploding with excitement all day today in celebration of Norway’s 200th Constitution Day. Norwegian flags, locals in traditional costume and Viking Hats were in view as far as the eye could see.

Thousands of people lined the streets to catch a glimpse of the parade that was filled with members of the Norwegian community from across Seattle.
