The team at Stoup Brewing (1108 NW 52nd St) are set to make their first ever Fresh Hop Beer and are inviting locals to be part of the action.
First thing on Thursday, the team will be heading to Willamette Valley Hops to pick up freshly harvested wet hops. They will then drive them back that evening and fire up the brew house to make their first ever Fresh Hop Beer.
The team will be documenting the the day on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and would love to invite locals to stop by and be part of the festivities.
Stoup will be showing the Seahawks game and will also have the Crema Creperie food truck out the front all night.
