  • Self-Defense for Women, An Empowerment & Awareness workshop at Fighting Chance Seattle (1446 NW 53rd St) at 12 p.m. Self-Defense for Women is a one-day workshop that teaches physical defense techniques, awareness skills, and the importance of undoing social and cultural norms that perpetuate female victimization.
