My Ballard reader Cari emailed in to let us know that a motorized scooter was dumped on the grass outside her home on 24th Ave NW near the Kadampa Meditation Center (6556 24th Ave NW).
Cari found the scooter early on Saturday morning. “I’m guessing someone stole it and dumped it,” says Cari.
