  • Auditions for Northwest Boychoir at University Heights Center (5031 University Way NE) from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Boys ages 6-9 are invited to audition for the Northwest Boychoir. No previous music instruction required – just a love of music and good ears. Click here for more information.

  • EBCA Adopt A Street Cleanup along 14th Ave NW from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Sign in at Blowing Sands Glass – 5805 14th Ave NW). Join your neighbors for EBCA’s biannual Adopt A Street Cleanup. EBCA has been cleaning up 14th Ave NW since the Fall of 2005 thanks to the incredible local volunteers who organize this event. Picking up trash is a lot more fun than it sounds and is something the whole family can do together.
  • Simple Home Remedies: How to Make Your Own Herbal Medicine at Dandelion Botanical Co (5424 Ballard Ave) from 12 p.m. – 3 p.m. Join class 4 of a 5 week course designed to teach you how to make your own herbal, medicinal products.  Learn how to make your own luscious body creams and essential oil sprtizers.
